Our menu this week is delicious with some gorgeous homemade Gravadlax, infused with Tequila & Lime, a Traditional Steak Tartare, and a fantastically light Carpaccio of Beetroot with Mozzerella.

Mains include Rack of Gower Salt Marsh Lamb, Monkfish & Prawn Goan Curry and a Pan Fried... Fillet of Sea Bass.

And for pudding, as well as Guy's amazing Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake and Chocolate Brownie, there's a wonderfully light Lemon Posset.

The Menu's just available Weds & Fri evening this week (as our quiz is on Thursday and there's a private function Saturday).

Final call for the Pryd Quiz this week!

It’s Curry night this Thursday, with dinner starting from 6pm and the quiz at 7.30pm.

Tables of up to 6 can compete in the quiz, which is followed by our Card Bingo, with the winner getting to find out ‘What’s in the Box’.

We're looking for great full & part time Front of House staff to serve customers at Pryd o Fwyd.

Experience is welcome, but not necessary. What's important is an interest in food and drink, a friendly and lively personality, good organisation, and the desire to help our ...customers to have an enjoyable experience.

Working patterns are Wednesday to Sunday, mainly evenings and weekends - with full and part time hours available.

Pay rates depend on role and experience.

Another Thursday, another quiz at Pryd o Fwyd. The quiz was valiantly won by the smallest team - showing numbers aren’t everything! And to top that, our lucky card bingo winner took away the cash jackpot.

Our Card Bingo winner didn’t find the cash prize though so our prize fund once again rolls over to two week’s time.

After a quiz-tastic night at Pryd last Thursday, the Card Bingo winner took away a box of tipples, leaving the cash box to roll over to this week.

Spring has sprung, and the Pryd team is emerging from their winter hibernation, so from tomorrow we'll be moving to our summer hours, with the restaurant open Weds - Sat evenings, and Sunday lunchtimes.

Everyone loves a sausage, so at the Pryd Quiz this week, we're going all out for Bangers n Mash.

Choose from Pork or Veggie Sausages, served with Buttered Mash & Onion Gravy. For those that aren't so partial to sausages, there'll also be the option of Cod in Parsley ...Sauce.

The card bingo this week was won (after a final head to head) by Ian Cutter who then went on to pick the right key, opening the cash box and winning £272.

He and his table decided that they would generously donate the prize to those in need in Ukraine.

Just to let you all know, ferryside postoffice is NOT a priority postal for covid tests on the weekend. It’s the post box for the old post office in the square. Our last post is collected at 11am on Saturdays then the next is 5pm the following Wednesday. Yes we understand that when you Google ...it we are stated as being 1. we have been, and will continue to complain to postal website and 🤞 they will eventually change it.
